I am thrilled to announce for the third year in a row, my photography has won in the State Fair of Texas, this year placing in two different categories. 

I won second place in the 2022 Photography competition, specifically in the Teachers and Professionals Division, under the category of Color: Any Subject for my shot “Beneath a Texas Sky”, which captures a long exposure shot over a field of Texas bluebonnets. 

I also received an Honorable Mention in the Teachers and Professionals Division, under the category of Black & White: Any Subject for my shot “Get Over It”, which captures a shot of the Pennybacker Bridge in Austin, Texas.

You can look forward to seeing the award-winning shots on display during this year’s State Fair of Texas from September 30 – October 23 in the Creative Arts Building at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas. You can also purchase a copy to decorate your home or business.
